I am a foreign medical graduate . Got my masters degree in the Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases from the Yale School of public Health, afterwards did a fellowship in Neuroscience research at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. At Brown, I actively participated in experiments focused on showing that activated PMN's promote injury and excitability of dorsal root ganglia neurons (Exp.Neurology, 2008), that neutrophils invade lumbar DRG's after chronic constriction injury of the sciatic nerve (J. Neuroimmunology, 2007), and that fractalkine and minocycline alter neuronal activity in the spinal cord dorsal horn (FEBS Lett, 2006).

I am interested in any information about open research positions in Neurology or Neuroscience in Canada because my long term career goal is clinical training in adult neurology and clinical research. Please if you have any information, email me at dorsalroot @ hotmail.com, thanks.
