As far as I know, Passport is a legal document which can't be Couriered or sent by mail Overseas. It is strictly not allowed & Illegal to send it across a country's border.

It is very likely that the passport will be lost in transit, so better not to do it.

Hi!

I think no body can provide much help on this issue but you can try one thing. Why don't you contact courier services in Canada and ask them if they can accept passport in Canada and deliver to you in Nepal.

I found DHL canada's contact here

http://international.dhl.ca/en/contact_center/contact_express.html

If you have an inquiry about DHL Express products and services, such as express document and parcel shipping, or our time and day definite express services, please complete the form below.

If you are unsure, please return to our Contact Center and select again.

Alternatively, contact us by telephone on:             1-800-CALL-DHL       (            1-800-225-5345      )

You can check other couriers yourself.

Thanks
