needs clarification

hi good day!

I just have some clarifications that need an answer. I have been working here in Alberta for about 2years now in a semi skilled job. I supposed to apply for the skilled worker but my line of profession and experience back home was no longer included in the NOC 38 list of eligible jobs. My question is can i still eligible to apply for the PR or as skilled worker for being been working here for more than a year already under a working permit status?
