Hi All,

I am about to complete the application documentation but needs few confirmation from the experts who have already sent the documentation

Form 008egen

1. So, want to confirm that for Identity Number we will mention "N/A" . We can't mention our Social Security number here.
2. Years of formal education is total years from Standard 1. Am I right on that?

Form 5406E
1. Mother's name with last name as indicated in passport. I am asking this as one of the other form (008_1e) specifically reequires to mention her family name at birth. So, will this create confusion for them?

My apologizes if these have been asked before.

Thank you,

I just forgot to ask one last thing

In form 008EGEN
- For family members details one other thing they are asking is "Other countries with resident status". My husband is also on H1B since last 3 years but we both are from India. So, should I mention India or "N/A" .

Thank you

I didn't fillout any family members details.----

It is other countries where you had resident status other than your country of citizenship. For example, you are in resident status in USA. There are people who worked in UK for few years before moving to US, some worked in Australia or have resident status of Australia and they also want to apply for Canadian PR. So it is basically countries other than your citizenship country where one had lived for few years with a resident status. Hope this helps.

Thanks
