Dear Alll,
CHC New Delhi has returned my file on 24th of August-09 after keeping it with them near about 4 months. My lawyer has recd. it in Canada as he/she is representing my case. I also let you remind that by mistake my lawyer has filed the initial cum full docs directly to CHC New Delhi on 20th of April-09, now they returned it to my lawyer by giving reason that it has to submit N.S. Sydney ist.

My lawyer is also applied it within a day or 2 with the copy of letter from CHC, requesting them that to give special attention to my case adn he/she made mistake while filing it to wrong track and lost 4 month precious time.

What do you member say? would N.S. Sydney consider the  request or not?

One more question that would I reappear in IELTS as its going expire on 15/01/10?  Would I be able to get response done from CHC New Delhi

What date I should got response from CHC New Delhi so that the current IELTS result would be consider by CHC?

Kindly suggest

Thx

Sorry to hear that mate..

But my suggestion is firstly change your lawyer because this is not mistake but lack of knowledge and you don't want a representative who does basic mistakes.I hate to say that but your lawyer could do other serious mistakes during course of time as application processes.

I don't think so CIC will give this special attention as this is your/ lawyer mistake..

NO special attention shall be given to your case
You will need your IELTS at 2nd stage to CHC New Delhi with all other supporting documents after approval for NS

No need to reappear for IELTS if your AOR (which comes with the request for full application submission) date is before Jan 2010. They always suggest to take IELTS before applying. Below is my timeline. It may help you to understand.
Appeared for IELTS : March 10th 08
Applied : March 23 08
AOR date : 24th Apr 08
Full application submission request : 12th Jan 09
Full application submitted : 9th May 09
Medical+RPRF+Passports sent on 14th July 09
Passports received back with visa : 24th Aug 09
Full application letter date is considered as "locking date". The IELTS result needs to be maximum 12 months old in reference to that date only. You can check it from any source. I got this info from CHC new Delhi as I was confused about my IELTS because it was more than 12 months old when submitted.

No special attention will be given at CPC, CIO since you have not been allotted any file number. My case was also treated normal and I would suggest you/your lawyer to send it with full checks so that you get the approval this time. The waiting time at CIO has increased to 10 weeks. Best of luck

Dear seniors' pleas advice it is very important
According to my knowledge I am not supposed to add my fiancé in my application
I am expecting my marriage date within 6 months but I am going to submit my application to Canada next month.
Would I get chance to add my spouse in my application at later stage? And till what time it is possible?
Would it be time taking if I add her at later stage?
Or
Would it be quicker if we apply together?
Regards
