Im egyptian. i was married to an egyptian canadian citizen. a doctor . he stays in cananda for 6 months or more every year .... his parents are egyptian canadian too.we were married in october .i applied for a visa and told them all the truth that i want to join my husband when he goes to canada next april as he cannt stay here in egypt more than this for his work.But i was refused.we were planning to get the visa to go w him and then prepare the immagration papers in canada.im now preparing the papers from here in egypt .but im asking can i apply again for the visa i have translated the marriage certificate i didint submit it w the visa papers.or shall i go with the immagration papers and live here in egypt alone till i can go to canada.

As your husband is a Canadian citizen, he can sponsor you.
 He should file the application at CPC Vegreville, Alberta, with his Canadian address, if you are going to stay with him in Canada.

Note, she is not in Canada, TRV was refused.  So as a citizen he can sponsor her while living abroad or if he is in Canada.  The sponsorship and application go to Mississauga.
