Hi All,

I am in Toronto under work permit since 2 years and have applied with Arranged Employment Offer under federal skilled category in May 2010. Got my 1st AOR in November 2010 and submitted my full doc's to Buffalo Visa Office in November itself.

My Questions:

1. Can I now apply under Canadian Experience class(I got the 2 years eligibility last month)even though my application is under federal skilled worker program?
2. Do i need to pay the fees seperately again?
3. How advisable is it to apply under canadian exp class: keeping in mind that my application is already there in FSW.?
4. Will it fetch me any benefit, in terms of fast processing?

Please guide me....
TIA

Yes you can, only make sure you reveal your previous application in this fresh one.
2. Do i need to pay the fees seperately again? Yes. But one of the fees will be refunded when you are told to withdraw one of the application assuming one ofthem is going for conclusion.
3. How advisable is it to apply under canadian exp class: keeping in mind that my application is already there in FSW.? Your choice.
4. Will it fetch me any benefit, in terms of fast processing? No.

Please guide me....
