Dear All,

First of all Let me thank you all for reading my message and helping me out. Presently I am staying in Czech Republic on 5 years Residence Permit which allows me to work and stay in Czech Republic. My wife wants to move to Canada. She is applying for Work permit for herself which she will get soon. The work permit is valid for one year. In my case I have an Indian Passport. I was wondering How i can accompany her to Canada and how i can apply for work permit for myself over there. As of now we don't have any rented place in Canada. Your Suggestion is Highly Appreciated. Please show me the right path.

Thanks & Regards

1.  It depends on what skill level your spouse's work permit would be under.  It has to be NOC level A,B or O for you to obtain a Spousal Open work permit.
2.  You have to apply for a TRV (visitor visa) to accompany her, it should be included in her application. You will have to show ties to the Czech republic (which may be difficult) so that CIC/CHC will have confidence that you will return.
