( TO GET OPTION C FOR MY WIFE who is not yet a PR) , he actually persuaded me to pay since he said he had to get a lawyer and the lawyer explains to the revenue agency that my wife isn't yet a resident and there is no need for her to get option C.
I feel like cheated big time, I called him and told hm that I will sue him if I find out for sure that he cheated 500 bills out of my pocket.
