NEED URGENT HELP

I have never used this web site. This is my first time. I hope that I will get answer.

I am very worried about my question. My question is:

I have gotten approval from Manitoba Province nominee program which I applied in Employment direct stream. Now I am going to apply in Buffalo. Can anyone know How long it will take time to get PR if all documents are OK.

I read every website, but I could get idea. Any one who has already received PR, so he/she can tell me how long Buffalo embassy take time?
