Hello readers,

I am working on Co-Op work permit and likely to get at-least 8 months or one year post graduate work permit.
My employer made permanent indeterminate job offer to me (NOC 2211)
I have 5 years experience from back home country but not under any category (29 job category given in skill worker application)
Please suggest me the best way to apply

Can I apply directly to skill worker application along with only job offer letter
OR
I need to take AEO first?
OR
any other possibilities...?

I do not understand below sentences from CIC website

your work permit must have been confirmed by Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) through a positive labour market opinion or
you must be in a category that is exempt from an Arranged Employment Opinion

what that means?
Am I meeting this criteria?

Thanks
