my friends file has been transferred new delhi in end of july, today her husband n her lawyer got letter in canada that her case is refused i mean they said relationship is not real???
she is so upset,ND also said they can appeal in 28days....
SHE DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE CAN APPEAL N WHAT TO DO?Huh
 CAN ANYBODY PLS HELP... its really urgent

The letter sent to her sponsor will include instructions on how to file a Notice of Appeal.  Only a sponsor can appeal a denial.  Since they have a lawyer, the lawyer should be able to advise them on how to proceed.
