When i will Land, I will not be able to stay in Canada more than a month due to my employment contract obligation and based on that i need to leave Canada before I get my PR card (based on the normal PR processing time)and consequently I will have to apply for a travel documents to enter Canada again ,however, based on the posts in this forum that it is a bit risky if left Canada with no PR as I might not be able to get the travel document from the canadian embassy with no valid reason. is this true and why?

if there is a minor risk, I will arrange to resign before I land so that I could have enough time to collect the PR card easily and this is a bit risky for me also as I need to save some money to help me surviving but it is acceptable risk as immigration is in a higher priority to me than money,work..etc.

Another question, if the PRC issuance depends on the POE, so what is the best Port of entry to get the PR very fast, Vancouver, Calgary, sask...etc?

At Last, What is the exact time I need to stay in Canada to collect my PR so that I can decide if i need to resign or take vacation because my employer will not give me more than 30-45 max calendar days of vacation???

Please help in reply to this email as it will help me a lot in deciding my future

1. There's just no risk in obtaining a PRTD... u'd get it easily till 3yrs after 'landing'.
2. PRCs r 'centrally' produced [from Kingston-ON]... it doesn't matter which city u chose to 'land'.
3. Presently it takes around 2 months to receive the PRCs, if there aren't any 'pic' issues!

but,1) How to manage PR card process, if they rejected photos or some other issues. How to keep continue PR card process while I am outside canada?.
Also,2) is there is way to make sure that photos are acceptable as per their specs before i submit it?

Thanks

1. U just can't do anything about it from overseas. That said, u still don't have any adversity if the PRCs do not come by. 'Coz, u can always enter Canada w/out them [till 3yrs.] thru a PRTD & apply for a new one. Just that in such a case u'd have to apply afresh for the PR Cards [only]; and it costs a meagre $50.

2. There's just no way about - for that, as well. It's all in their moods/hands... even with the specified pic format -- CPC could yet discard those pics; and ask u to appear in person @ their office. However, it's not a very usual scenario... many get their PR cards w/out any hiccup... I pray that u receive yours easily as well.
