Need Urgent Advise

Hello Friends,

I need your advise. I just received email from london visa office i.e

Dear XXXXXXXX,
 
I refer to your application for permanent residence in Canada. On XX/11/11 a request was mailed for yourself and your family to undergo medical examinations within 60 days. We have not received a response to date. Please confirm if the correspondence was received and provide the date that the medical examinations were completed if necessary.

But i already did my medical and on XX/11/11  and London high Commission received on XX/12/2011 as per UPS courier receipt.

I am sending all information ( medical done receipt , courier confirmation etc )to them again, but my question is do they lost my medical or what, and can i have to go to do my medical again. I know that this delay cause me atleast  another 1-2 months to get my passport request.

I need your's advise on this matter.

Sorry to hear that your situation is very much embarrassing now, after waiting up to this stage.
I have seen postings about similar cases of some people from other visa offices. Any how you did send all the relevant proof what you have about your medical. I hope they will be able to trace it out shortly. Perhaps it might have misplaced and not lost.

You don't need to go for another medical until and unless you get a request from the VO. Be patient for a while, there could be chances for a passport request. Good luck.

As u said i just send all the documents related to my medical to the London Visa office so they can trace my medical examination reports and hope i will get good news soon.

it's really sad, just inform them as quickly as possible.
