Hi,

Am planning to apply for immigration thru fast track option. heard from word of mouth that parents of special children, specially down syndrome, are rejected. Is it true?
my son, now aged 4.8 yrs is a blue baby as well, although he is been operated in February this year in India for partial VSD, (hemi-fontan)

Will be ever grateful if any one could give me useful and correct advice(s)
