Need ur help...

Hi All

I am a s/w professional with 1 year work experience, pursuing Masters in Business and Management(Finance) from UK. I have a friend in canada pursuing Masters in Finance, and in this duration of study she was able to get a pr card in canada. Is it really possible, can we get a PR card if we plan to study in canada???
Based on my profile can I get a job directly in canada?? will the company sponsor me for my work permit?? Or shud I plan to pursue my Phd from a very good uni in canada...what r my chances of getting a job in canada as a professor??? Also pls suggest me some very good uni from job perspective...I planning to apply for Uni of Toronto, Uni of western Toronto...etc
