Need to Leave Canada after Landing...!!

Hello Guys,

I landed at Toronto two days back from India and while landing, immigration officer told me it's gonna take 4 months to get my PR card but I need to go USA to windup my home and bring my car to canada. So my question here is " Can I come back in canada without my PR Card and just with landing papers in my hand?"

1.  Actually the processing time is 29 Business days.
2.  As long as you drive across the border, they will admit you on the strength of the IMM 5292.
