1 Year work experience belongs to one occupation in the 29 NOC list. (within last 10 years)
3 years work experience not belongs to any occupation of the 29 NOC list. (within last 10 years)
How many points will be awarded in work experience for the above case??

As you may already know, In order for your application to be eligible for processing you must have at least 1 year experience in one of the 29 occupations list in the last 10 years.
You will not be awared in points for the 3 years experience in any irrelevant occupation to the list.

That leaves you with only one option, you have to claim 15 points based on your 1 year experience in the occupation relevant to the list.
Of course you have to mention all work experience in the application but as i clarified before, you WILL NOT be awarded a single point for them.
