i just arrive here in canada last oct 2010 ,I am preagnant and i think that my husband cheat on me ,he said that he have the right to send me back to where i come from .
What can i do ? can i divorce ? if i divorce do he have to give me support for me and ours child? can he have the right to stop supporting me ? thank u very much in advance.

Your husband doesnt have any rights over you. Poor Canadians

As a matter of fact you can threaten to take him to court and make him pay child support and your boarding and lodging.
