Need to Hold Decision PR.

Hi There is any law which can hold visa officer to take decision on immigration application.I want to hold my immigration process till next three months.It is posible or not please advice.immigration officer had given me 60 days limet for some document which is very difficult for me to arrange, and this 60 days going to finish on 31 oct. 2010.please help.

There is no provision under which you can instruct to hold your file. At the most you can make humble request by writing a letter explaining the reason for not submiting documents in given time and requesting some more time to submit the desired documents.
