CIO courier address in their website tend to change between this 2 addresses as I have observed.

Actually, they are in the same building. If you look in the google map, George Street and Dorchester Street are just in corner. Just follow what is the latest address as posted in their website. They tend to change it from time to time.

No problem, it will be delivered and accepted successfully. If you have sent it thru reliable courier like Fedex or DHL, they have a feature in their website to track your package if have been delivered successly and been received by a CIO representative (e.g. Stephenson, Doug, Mr. Krwszda, etc...). Have you checked it before?

Well giogenre is right about address thingy. And as for your chances to be in CAP,i am sorry to say that you are not in. According to our spread sheet applications for 3131 started returned back due to CAP reached after 31st August.
So you will get your package back soon. And you must be ready for MI-4 i.e. to apply next year in July. And get ready your package before 1st July and send to CIO in the 1st week of July after reading and following new instructions. Good luck

My friend got his application return back due to cap reached. He was 5th Sep2011 applicant.

Hi giogenry!!! Just worried about my documents, as it was delivered to soephenson citizenship. Is that the same as stephenson??? Any idea? Thanks!
