Need to Apply for Canadian Immigration

Hello Everyone!

I need to apply for Canadain Immigration under FSW (NOC 0213) from London. I would appreciate if someone can help me with the below information.

Background Description:
My Application is already going through New Delhi which was filed in 2005, I have read here in this forum that you can still file it from London under new rules. ONLY reason WAITING is KILLING ME!!!

1. Can I apply from London though my application has already been filed from New Delhi in Feb 2005?

2. If Yes, will there be any issues later on?

3. If No, What all forms do I have to send to CIC to start with as I am selecting, FSW category with NOC 0213, because the site seems to be confusing.

4. I am planning to apply with my wife and son (5 years old), how much will be the Application fees?

5. Do I have to send the Application fees directly with the Application forms?

YES

YES you will have to withdraw one application before finalizing other one

3. If No, What all forms do I have to send to CIC to start with as I am selecting, FSW category with NOC 0213, because the site seems to be confusing.

All application forms for you and your wife and send them to Nova Scotia

4. I am planning to apply with my wife and son (5 years old), how much will be the Application fees?

Processing Fee is 1250 Canadian Dollars

5. Do I have to send the Application fees directly with the Application forms?

Could you please elaborate "YES you will have to withdraw one application before finalizing other one"..

When will I get a chance to finalize, is it after going through medicals or is it in the initial period ?

Also, I am planning to submit my Application in Oct 2009, so do you suggest me to write a covering letter to CIC informing that my case under the File number XXXXXX is still running?

Appreciate your help!
