Hi All,

My visa office is Bufallo, NY. I received 2nd AOR in Jan 06, 2011. My current status shows "In Process".

Any idea approximately how long it will take to receive Medical Request considering my visa office is Bufallo. Also, my category is 0213.

Please suggest.

so many people , even my one friend on this forum waiting since november 2010 , he got 2nd AOR in november 2010, still no update, so wait atleast >6months to get emd.request, all CHC are slow now.

could be 2012 or more. one thing is for sure, CHC Buffalo has the highest success rate.
So sit back and relax.
you will get it sooner or later.
