Dear Sir / Madam,

Hi, I need the help as my attorney is not helping me or responding to my emails or calls.  The only thing which he says me, when I ask to inquire on my file, is, to just wait..wait n wait..without any inquiry.

I send my application of PR as skiiled worker category, on April 2010 to sidney, i recieved my first B confirmation on June 30,2010.  Then with all documents I send my file on October 2010, after that, on feburary 2011, my lawyer told that , their is requirement which came from immigration department for the date correction in application form,  at that time when I had done the correction in the application form, i also submitted my pending document which was IELTS result and FBI report.  (just to inform that the correction was on the date of SSC and HSC which bymistake i wrote same year)
Now just to revise, i sumitted my file in October 2010 then again the pending docs in feb 2011 but till now I am not able to get my second B confirmation number. What should I do?  is  i just wait? or can do inquiry by my own to buffalo office?

Please all, I need help please guide me?

One more thing to add, which I forgot. I am in US and citizen of India.

order CAIPS to know what has gone with your file. you'd also know the BF'd date. 
whats your NOC?

are you sure your consultant is 100% honest? if so, then he has no news to give you.
you should already have received your 2nd AOR by now. I'd go and talk to my consultant/attorney in person to know why he is telling me to wait for a long time.

Thanks for your reply and helping me, yes you are right I believe I gave my case to wrong attorney but what should i do now. He took whole money and now even if i take my case its no use.
I didnt understood what is CIAP, and wat is NOC?

Oh poor you. can you talk directly with your consultant? try to know why is he doing this to you.

can you check your Ecas with the 1st AOR # from CIO?

If I change my consultant, do I have to notify Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)?

Yes. You must notify CIC immediately if you change your consultant. To notify CIC, complete a new Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form and send it to the office processing your file. You can change your consultant at any time. You may also decide to deal directly with the visa office or the in-Canada immigration office yourself.

I would really thankyou for yesterday,  I dont knw what god had done to me.
I will start everything, I emailed and talk to my lawyer today, as I was doing follow up with her from June 6,2011 and she forwarded me the email today that what the consulate had emailed her.
Dear Madam/Sir,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker Class.

A letter was sent to you by the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia stating that your application was being recommended for further assessment. The letter from the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney provided you with 120 days from the date of the letter to submit a complete application, with all the required forms and supporting documents, to our office. You were also informed that if you did not do so within the 120 day deadline, we would complete the eligibility determination on the basis of the information on the file.

Now, the things is that she told me that she had had emailed my file to her and again when the requirement came, she had all proof that they submitted my file.  I was very mad on her, but she is saying that this is consulate mistake, and she will mail her everything today (I mean the tracking receipt which she said in October and then again on February for my pending documents) 
Do you think that, there is anyone case like this, where consulate lost the file?  My lawyer had killed me completely.

Who told you to choose such a Stupid lawyer?
You gotta pay the price now. there is no other way left for you to restart the closed file. if your NOC is still in the list of 29 apply again.

Do you believe that your lawyer sent full documents to your Visa office? I dont believe that. Tell your lawyer to show you the 2nd AOR that would show thw acknowledgement of full docs receipt from your VO.

Yes you are right, I am so stupid that my brain is not working, I will email her right now, but she will reply me 2mrw, as her office is closed.
I hope she scan me the copy, if whe is saying truth hope that she does.


I had applied as resturant manager, which I had experience of 5years, bachelors from india, diploma in hotel management and presently on f1 visa. I dont knw is still available or not.  Do you knw any good lawyer who can take my case, or should do by myself.

I still hope, that something can be done on my case, m just praying.  But, yaa, whoever you, I am thankful to you, because of your replied I was finally mad on my lawyer and she stupid replied me.

You can apply by yourself, but I could see that you shouldnt do it as you are fragile now with the cheating you hav experienced from your lawyer.
