Hi All,
I need al your valueable suggestion. I have applied for Immigration to Canada in 2009 and I got the letter from Authorities in 2010 saying that I am not eligible for the visa, the reason was I got less points, I only got 66 points.
That time I filed my application as Accomodation Manager, which I have 3 yrs of experience n that field, as per my luck I got transferred to Food and Bevarage department in the same hotel in 2010 May, which I didn't not inform the immigration ffice of the change. I got the rejection letter in Nov 2010.
Now I have written IELTS again and have 12 points and now my application is valid 68 points.
IWOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF II REAPPLY FOR THE VISA UNDER RESTURANT MAANGER SECTION, MY CURRENT DESIGNATION IS ASSISTANT FOOD AND BEVARAGE MANAGER, CURRENTLY I HAVE 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THAT FIELD .
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WILL ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN F & B IS ENOUGH?
WILL CIC WILL CONSIDER ONE YR OF EXPERIENCE?
WILL THEY COUNT MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF 4 + YRS IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY?
I KINDLY REQUEST YOU ALL TO ADVICE ME ON MY CASE, SHOULD I GO AHEAD AND APPLY AGAIN OR NOT?
DON'T WANT TO TAKE ANY MORE CHANCES AS I ALREADY LOST MONEY FIRST TIME.
WILL THEY CONSIDER MY APPLICATION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS REJECTED FIRST TIME DUE TO POINTS?
WAITING FOR YOUR FEEDBACK.

HI, yes as per new rules of CHC, they consider one year experience from any 29 NOCS. And no issues in reapplying. There are many members who applied two or three times, until they got their VISAS ..!!

All the best.

Cheers...

Perfectly said SATDXB. I suggest you go ahead and submit your app. You just make sure you calculate your points correctly and precisely.

Also, ensure your new app is a replica of the old one in terms of completeness and consistency so you avoid any misrepresentation.

Good luck

Yes you can . As u fall under the 29 category list of NOC from july 1, 2011, you can definately reapply. As per the rules you should have one year experience in particular field and you fall under that rule. So no need to worry. Pl. fill the required documents carefully and show your experience of last one year .

Brother...any applicant if proving to be burden on Canadian economy is subject to rejection of application. If this illness needs continous medical treatment in Canada, yr application will be rejected.

Peronally i do think that Hepatitis B will cause any issue but better consult designated CHC DMP for advise before stepping up.
