Need suggestions please

Hi,

My name is Neelima and I'm working for a reputable bank in the UK since last one year as a Retail Banking Advisor, since the immigration laws have changed in the UK, I just wanted to immigrate to Canada on a work-permit. But does not know any process how to proceed further.

I've total of 8 years experience and now wants to move to Canada. This is the first time ever I've registered and posting some queries, I just want to know how the work permits will work and how do I move further, how to find the jobs there and do I need to have the work permit before I move there or can I apply once I arrived??. Can anyone please let me know the processes and difficulties involved in this??
