Dear Friends,

I came across with a serious issue which happen to my friend. Actually, she apply under 4131 NOC, as a computer instructor.

Now the trouble is, she documented for 3 years of work experience. which she concluded as 2 years 8 months as full time after she got her bachelor degree. However, the remaining 4 months she added as 8 months part time work when she was in her final year of study.

I just want to know do the CIC consider those work experience which she did when she was still studying

Many thanks and God Bless,

Kavya

 @ mehulca,

Kaneman is abolutely correct.I also believe that experience gained under full time job should be reckoned fpr awarding points.

Well, the issue is not about hours and period of work, its about the NOC 4131's requirement. As we check in the code they have described that we need a degree, while she was not holding degree certificate the time when she did part time job,

If she had performed the required duties as mentioned in NOC at that time ,it is OK
