i need some listening Tips
i am allready know some tips but i need more

for Ex :

writing capital letters in : Names: Paynter Smith
                                             Addresses:City Bridge
                                             Names of companies : Red Flag
that's wright ??

Kindly if there are more tips for Listening plzz advice me
