can anybody tell when person is allowed to file up his visa for September intake?

am from Pakistan..

is there any restriction to file up visa before specific time???

There is no time bound to reply but it's better to re-apply within this time frame:

For September Intake:
March mid to April end is the best time

For January Intake:
Sept mid to Oct end is the best time

For May Intake:
Nov mid to Dec end is the best time

and wt abt bank statement? means will i have to show minimum 4 months bank statement na???

According to rules it is 4 months but try to show more than that..........
