Need some info for applying FSW

Hello Seniors

I m applying FSW worker for my sister. i am a bit confused on certain info for filling the forms. She is a change managnt consultnt. Currently she in Singapore on a project. I have the foloowing doubts:

1. Does she have to submit transcripts of University degrees(Difficult to arrange as she is in Singapore) or will the attested copy of her marksheets and degree will be enough.

2. She is the single applicant(No Family), So what is the amount of funds we need to show?

3. PCC of countries where she has lived for more than 6 months. Do we need to submit PCC with the initial application or later?

yes, as per the OP-6, university sealed transcripts are to be submitted along with initial application to CIO.

yes, PCC are to be submitted at later stage when file is transferred to VO.Not with initial application to CIO.

One last doubt. In Additional documents,

 1. do i have to submit the Work experience certificate , with employer attesting the roles and responsibilities, these forms are to be submitted now or later?

 2. proof of funds need to be submitted now to CIO or later with the local visa office??

Dear Shahi

1. You have to submit the photocopies of 'Employment contracts' and original Reference Letters from present and past employers....along with the application.
2. Proof of funds - they too are to be submitted with the application.
3. You (or your sister) have to apply now for the transcripts..... has to go with the application.

The Master Rule is - Send ALL the documents ....(except PCC).... to CIO (NS, Canada) with the initial application package. As per now, we have to send ONLY PCC (original) to local VO at a later stage (whenever asked).

Please go through the Instruction Guide EG7000 carefully. All these details ARE mentioned in that!!! Hope this helped.

Yes that helped.. my only doubt is that Panjab Univ does not give sealed transripts in our hands , rather they directly send them to CIO..but my doubt is without any File no (as its the initial application)..how do we send the transcripts..coz how will they know whose transcripts they have recieved??

That's the catch Shahi
This problem of Punjab University has been faced by someone else also ......you have to contact someone back at your native place / Punjab / University, so that the concerned person talks to the registrar / exam-coordinator and explains the situation. Let them see the immigration requirements...... One has to give a satisfactory reason so that the University hands over the sealed transcripts. Univ. can't send the transcripts directly to CIO.

If this is not possible then there is a way.......... Get the transcripts notarized and give an explanation that Punjab Univ. don't give the sealed covers to the applicants........ But the chances of this getting accepted is 50-50. Can you get a letter from Univ. mentioning that they don't give the transcripts directly to the applicant!!...attach the reason with the explanation and go ahead.

Yes Anil..i think i m going to attach the notice of the PU, which states that they will not handover the transcripts in any case..but will mail directly. I hope tht helps.. thank you
