I am ready to apply for the Study Permit.....plz make me clear some questions...

My father (sponSor) is a service holder and a businessman also...He do business with a partner..my dad just invests and take the profit which is 50-50%..my question is that If my dad's partner wrote an official letter on the company's pad that my father is the 50% share holder of the company will it work?...bcz the trade Liscense of the company is in the partner's name as well as the tax certificates....bt the bank acc is in the company's name?..I will also provide the deed (as far as I knw they didnt take any deeds) bank statements and the partner's trade liscence tax certificates(TAX given against the company in  the partne;s name)

PLEASE HELP ME what docs do I need to gather so that I can proove easily that my father is the 50% share holder of the company

another way you can shaw 1st year fee + living cost in your account by writing affidavit reference letter from your father.it might work.
you will also have to provide itr returnof your father from last three year to shaw income proof.

I am showing approx 60K CAD in my father's personal bank acc. and fixed assets approx.300,000CAD...

Yea that would be fine. It will let them know, from where your money is coming and will also aid to your home ties. Best of luck!
