Need some help understandig the process

I have send all my documents to CIO, Canada.I did paid all the feeds ( $ 490 - $ 540 ). I did encloused LMO,Provincial nomenee certificate,AEO, police reports. I did sent a full appliacation package.
My documents reached CIO on January 17, 2011.
But still not AOR yet is that normal ?
