Im low skilled worker here in canada,and i finished already my 2yrs contract., and my employer recontract me again for 2yrs more i almost finished my 1yr and i want to go home now 4 good. Should i shoulder my transportation fee back to my home country philippines or my employer should be the one to shoulder my airfare ticket

If it was not specified in your contract, I suspect that you will have to pay.

From what you say, it seems that you will not complete the second contract, if you break a contract, it unlikely the emplyer would pay anyway.

Actually, he shouldn't have to pay.  As a low-skilled worker, his employer must agree to provide him with return airfare, even if he leaves his job before the expiration of his contract.
