Need people's opinion

Does anybody have idea what about those applicants who applied before 26/6 but whose NOC remained in the list after 26/6. How will they be treated.? Will they be given priority? If not what you people suggest me should I apply again and withdraw my old application?

there won't be any extra favour, there might be a little preference but not major. Most of the NOCs are still there in the new list so not a big deal.
