Hi All,

I am staying in Toronto since 3 years on work permit and would like to apply for visitor visa to US just to visit friends for sometime next year.
my case in detail:

I am in my 7th month of pregnancy and is there any chance that i will get rejected at the interview since the visa officer might think that i may go there during my delivery time and give birth there for US Citizenship....Huh??

or it doesn't matter to him/her?

did anyone of you experience a case like this before???

need your valuable inputs on this..................pleaseeeee...........

TIA

If you show up, and it looks like you're pregnant -- you will be grilled
hard on why a pregnant woman is bouncing around going on vacation
visiting people.
The POE Officer can reject you for any reason.  And the #1 reason being
him believing you are not here for tourist reasons but to use medical
resources and have a baby.
