I had applied for extension of work permit but it got refused also i've been told to leave the country which i'm leaving within 15 days because i didn't apply for restoration within 90 days but i have a positive Lmo which is valid until 31st march 2012 also contract papers too...my question is can i re-apply from India for a work visa? Should i be having any problem because my work permit got expired in june 2011 while my Lmo was in process.......Thanx..

Yes you can apply from India.  No you shouldn't have any problems because the of previous expiry.
