I wanna know that after obtained acceptance letter from college i have to deposit the tution fee
before appling the student visa or after receiving instruction from consulate.
I have to apply from Delhi,india

"When all else fails, read the instructions"  According to http://vfs-canada.co.in/images/Student%20Checklist.pdf  You don't have to pay the fees in advance for applying for a study permit.
