hi everyone
i am moving from united states  to canada as permanent resident.
is my credit score or good credit history help me to establish a new
credit line in canada and what should i do.

Get a copy of your credit report.  That is at least acceptable for things like utilities.  Otherwise you may be asked to pay a deposit before having water, phone, electricity, etc. turned on.
