Need Info About Applyng for student visa in Canada

i got admission to Humber college Toronto, in business administration, in May 2012 intake. Need to know that how much bank statement i need,? my uncle is having his savings, and having joint account with my mother, will it work?
what kind of medical test are there for applyng visa? I am having 76% marks in matric, and 77% in intermediate.. Ielts with 6.5

no need to show bank statement.
pay first year tution fees + loan of 11-1200000(indian rupee).
you have strong ielts and good academics.

i am from pakistan..
i know i have to pay tution fee, after that i will apply for visa.. so for applyng visa will joint acount statement will work? i can show property papers as well, and my brother statements as well which shows his income of about 6 lac /mnth, from last  7 - 8 mnths, but widout savings...
