hi , i just need to know my points please.

MSc ..HRM  UK
MIT...
(16 years of education )
experience..2years (out of field)
experience..1 and half year (Admin Manager. UK)
No IELTS.
No French
i am still confused about training points as well..

i will be great if someone help me..
