I need help...

Actually we sent our documents to Canada under FSW on May 29 and then later we received the letter from them they want more information about work So agian we sent document on 19th June 09 which reached there on 26th June. Yesterday we received email (19th Aug.) saying that we need to send all documents to the Buffalo Visa office within 120 days of it.

Now my question arises:

1. Do I need to pay  Right of Permanent Residence Fee right now to the visa office or do I need to wait for medical exam?

2. I have gathered all documents( PCC ) from dated between 23 March 2009 to dated 04 April 2009.
But in the website it says "When you submit the application to the Visa Office please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months before you submitted your application to the CIO." Could you please tell me are my PCC is going to work or do I need to get it done again. How I will know from which date my documents are within 3 months.

Thanks in advance.

1) You don't have to pay it now... you have to wait for their request.
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/fees-frais_buffalo.aspx

2) It seems all your police certificates are expired now. You will have to get new ones. They CAN'T be more than 3 months old. Your PCC will have an issue date. That's how you know how old they are.

Regards.

Thank You for your reply but it clearly says : " PCC not issued more than three months before you submitted your application to the CIO" As earlier I submitted my application on May last week (around) so if I have PCC issue date of March 26 then it is not valid?

Please clear it.

This has been a (theme) topic  of discussion for quiet sometime on this forum and I posted my understanding on various posts on this forum.
In my view, this PCC of your's is and should be valid.
Here read this carefully, unless my understanding of English is ......!!!
It states in EG7.PDF page 19:

"You may begin to gather your police certificates before submitting your
application to the CIO. Although you will not submit the police certificate
to the CIO, you must be ready to submit them to a visa office if your
application is recommended for further assessment at a Canadian visa
office. When you submit the application to the visa office please ensure
that your certificates were not issued more than three months before you
submitted your application to the CIO.
"

People don't read the full statements. They just pick words and put them together and find their own meanings to it. For God's sake, why am I asked to begin gathering them before submitting my application to the CIO???
And again, Why state that when I submit the application to the visa office please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months before you submitted your application to the CIO?????

Now I see they changed the EG7 document and the wording was different in the one I had (April 09). It seems your PCCs are still valid after all. Sorry for the wrong advice... it's hard to keep up with all these updates ; )

Regards.
