My father passed away three days ago. We never saw eachother, we planned to but things did not turned out right.
I am from Philippines, My father in Quebec has been applying me a visa, but due to his illness he wasn't able to accomplish everything and he passed away, without achieving our dream of seeing eachother. I still want to pursue that dream 'coz I made him a promise. Now I am searching for someways on how could I coninue with the application of he visa, I have no idea at all. Could someone please tell me what to do? I am not using his surname, I was born in Hongkong. I am currently working now.

Do you have a Hong Kong passport? or a Filipino passport?
If you have a Hong Kong passport, a visitors visa is not required.
