NEED HELP with spousal sponsorship!!

Hi im new, here i just need URGENT HELP with my application as im going to be sending the application within a day! and im getting more confused by the second  
Im a Canadian citizen, who just got married on December 22! since after the marriage i've been living with him in Pakistan up till now. kay so we finished all of the application but we'r having problems understanding couple of parts:

1. fees; the fees mentions in the Canadian immigration account in the bank don't add up to the total fees ( processing for sponsor and applicant and permanent residence fees? asked on the guideline? and the cic website?

2. what does " date of receipt stamp at post" mean? do i have to fill that out? if so with what? ('application for permanent residence in Canada' forms, page 1 of 2, top right corner )

3. do i need to attach all of the guideline along too, and the conjugal relationship form even if they don't apply to me???

4. what to i write for dates of living together? as since after marriage both are living together? do i write the date i signed and sent the application??

5. what proof can i attach with the application for returning back to canada, I'm still finishing my high school diploma and have been living with my parents before marriage? i have my unfinished transcript, will that work?

6. i havn't filed my Option C printout, because the year after i turned 18 i was abroad, living in pakistan.  then was a full time high school student in Canada.. i've been working temp. cash jobs for extra cash income..  what explanation can i give.. do i just write my reasons for not providing the printout and not filing tax return??? ( i hav no clue with this stuff   )

7.for marriage proof, i've provided all of the  pictures, marriage receipts,  invitation cards,  travel tickets for coming to pakistan for the marriage.... what else can i give, do i give the emails and fone bills before marriage.. when we were engaged??

8. how else do i or my husband explain our relationship?? should i send other pictures too after the marriage we'v taken together??? should they be lik intimate pictures or lik just us standing/sitting together??

if anyone can help me out, PLEASE DO! im desperate to get everything done with to file the application, i need to come back to Canada, i need to finish my education, and i want to settle there ASAP with my husband and start a family!!

1. Your fees should be $1040.  That is $75 for the sponsorship application, $475 processing fee for the spouse being sponsored and $490 right of permanent resident fee.

2. That space is not shaded so it is office use only so don't write anything there.

3. You don't need a conjugal form or anything for common law because you are married.

4. Write the date when you started living together as the first one and "present" on the second one.

5. Your unfinished transcript, your future plans in Canada as for where you will live, where your husband will work etc. and a letter from your parents or other relatives saying you can live with them while you look for a place to live.

6. Explain that you haven't filed in Canada and didn't need to file in Canada since you were actually a non-resident for tax purposes in that year.  They still would want to know what you plan to live on in Canada so that is why you might want to write something like how good your husbands English is and what his education is and what kind of job he can get.

7. Yes, give emails and phone bills before marriage.

8. Send pictures that you feel define your relationship.

1.For the Fees, the thing is i calculated the amount up and i got $1040 aswell, but when my husband went to the assigned bank in Pakistan (standard chartered bank)to pay the amount and they gave the Deposit slip for the Canadian 'National collection services' account, and these are the sections they gave us:

B2 Business class (principal Applicant):                  Rs.  74,000  (not paying)
B3 Dependents and spouses:                               Rs.  39,000  (the fees we're paying*)
B4 Dependents under age 22, who is not a spouse   Rs.  10,000 ( not paying)
B5 Special Situations (only if authorized)                Rs. 14,000   ( not paying)
B6 Right of permanent Residence (optional)             Rs. 34,000 (paying*)
B7 Repayment of deportation Fee                          Rs. 105,000 ( not paying)

As they'r asking in rupees  not Canadian dollar, we added the amount and converted in Canadian $ and its not adding up to $1040, should we just pay the amount they asked in their deposit slip? this is whats confusing to both of us.

Do not write 'not applicable'! The fact that you have been living together is one of the best proofs you have that your marriage is genuine. Stress it, and prove it. For the question "Have you and your spouse lived together?" say 'yes', provide the dates (even though you already gave them in a different answer), and attach any proof you have of this cohabitation. (Mortgage or lease in both names, affidavit from landlord/roommate/parents/or whoever you are living with that you and your husband are living together, utilitiy bills in both names, etc.)

If this one is a sponsorhip, you as a sponsor will apply to cpc - Mississaga. The sponsor usually pays the fee once you are back to Canada and apply for sponsorship.
You(sponsor) will pay the FEE in canadian funds.

If this one is a sponsorhip, you as a sponsor will apply to cpc - Mississaga. The sponsor usually pays the fee once you are back to Canada and apply for sponsorship.
You(sponsor) will pay the FEE in canadian funds.

do i have to be in Canada to pay the fees and apply for the application? i came to pakistan to get married and since then i've been living here.

No - you don't have to be in Canada to pay the fees.
