Hi, I need some help. My spouse has a high school. She has been working with a company for three years. The company have trained her for the first year. What documents do I need to get in order to qualify for "A one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and completed at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies" under the adaptability category of points?

Sorry, it has to be formal training not on the job training.

Thank you for getting back to me. Can you please elaborate more on the main differences between a certificate someone gets from an educational institute, company long-term training programs, and apprenticeship? What differentiates apprenticeship from other types of certificates?
