What I do have is a car tax receipt(it`s a tax that has to be payed for having a car in this country, it`s oficial by the goverment) that has her name on it and my address is from two years ago. Do you think It would fit?, beside this I have Pictures of trips, family, tickets and some receipts of the trips with both of our names.

What I understand you are saying is, you have the car tax receipt (who owned the car?) from 2009 which shows your girl friend's name and the address where you both lived at the time?  Are you still at that address?

Yes the car owner is her, the address in it is where we live which is the same where we live right now

Aha...you can prove that GF lived and parked her car at the address in 2009.  What about 2010 road tax?  What do you have to prove that YOU ALSO lived there in 2009 and up to the present?  What companies send you things in the mail, addressed to either of you?  Library cards, memberships, drivers licenses!!!  Can you get copies of your MOTs for the past few years showing both your vehicles at the same address??  Do you have electoral roles in your country that would show both your names at the same address?

What Pippin has suggested makes sence. Try to collect all the proof to prove your common law relationship.

I also second Quorax's opinion of getting married. After marriage the case will be little stronger. If you don't have much proof to prove that you are in common law relationship, then getting married may somehow improve the situation. However, how the visa officer look at it? Only God knows.

You are in a "do or die" situation. you have to try all the options available to you.

Thank you Guys I´ll take all of your opinions in mind, right now I´m gathering information, I have another question I want to know your opinion:

In the case I don´t convince the VO for what I've seen in this forum right now what he is evaluating is whether or not he includes my partner in this application (well that's my point of view) In the worst case scenario : if I failed to convince him what would happen? He would deny my partner´s visa or the complete application?

I just want to know to be prepared for any scenario.

Your ability to think positively and trust in GOD will see you through.

Get as much evidence as you can laying more emphasis on hard copy letters which your GF recieved using that address over the period.

Get married today.Take marriage certificate another day.Add spouse's name in each other's passport on third day.Get the passport ASAP and send the copies along with marriage certi.You will be through.

Yes I will man!, Thankfully we have photos of our trips, family reunions etc.. of each different year, I know we need more info but we are going to build a good case with everything at our disposal.
