thanks wilson..yes, they found out that i have an inactive TB..let say i have to enter canada by oct 20, does it mean that on that day i have to stay first in one of the ofce in immigration before i go to the place where should i'm staying in canada? thanks again.

You can go and live where you have already planned. You will have instructions from Visa Office along with your COPR and other papers.
Upon your entry to Canada, Port of Entry staff will send your copies of IMM 0535 forms to the Medical Surveillance Unit (MSU) so that provincial and territorial health authorities are made aware of your arrival who requiring medical surveillance. You may be asked to report to Public health Authority within 7 or 30 days as directed.
