Folks,

Our tickets are booked for 10th Sep for Chennai - London - Toronto. We are trying to find a place to rent before we land in vain. We are looking at Mississauga currently. Almost all of the listings on the craiglists etc., are like, they need personal references, pay-stubs and employment contracts to sign a minimum 1 year lease. We thought a 6 month lease would make us more comfortable in case we will need to move to some other place, for jobs etc.,

Anyone living there and can help us on this regard with info?

Try to contact safehomestay.com on line or by phone.
It is very difficult to get  an apartment or Condo before landing. So if you get temporary accommodation you can look for a convenient place for a longer period.

Thanks Qorax Smiley. I have emailed them asking for help. Arriving with a 6 year old and so it would be better if we have a place rented out before, to save the stress of packing and unpacking again and again.

Hi Indira Prabhakaran,

Me too in the same boat..trying to find 1 bd apartment in Mississauga...planning to land some time next month...ofcourse after I make arrangements for my accommodation..let me know if you have any luck with the info from Qorax...I will also try contacting them...
After so much of reading ...I have decided to stay in Mississauga initially....we are travelling with 6 month old baby.....so like to have safe, comfortable, convenient place to live...no luck with job hunting either...anyways will land in August as soon as I find accommodation...
pls share any info you may have regarding this...

i tried to book safestayhome in toronto from 19 Sept. onwards but their accomodation is fully booked. Not a chance there.
