Need Help to identify whether I qualified?

I am planning to migrate to Canada and already gone through official website. I am working as Test Lead in Software development company and managing a team of 12 Software testing engineers. I have done B-Tech (Govt University) + PGDBA (Distance learning). I have 9 years of experience. Acc to point calculator, I qualify but I have doubt. Actually I didn't find my Job listed directly into their list of qualifying Job and I chose Management (Skill A) as I am leading a time and part of middle management.

So,
1. Does me working as Testing/QA Lead can identify myself under Management Category?
2. If yes? What should be my Job code (I see people putting something like NOC 0111...is this a Job code and from where to find)?
3. Is people working in IT/Software get job in Canada easily?
4. What's the processing time?
