Hi,

I am really confusing about marking system for IELTS results. I am planning to migrate to CANADA as a skilled worker, from my IELTS exam I got following results

Listing 7.0
Reading 6.5
Speaking 6.0
Writing 5.5

Someone please help me to find my total marks for my English language proficiency.

Thanks

Listening 7.0 = 2 points
Reading 6.5  = 4 points
Speaking 6.0 = 2 points
Writing 5.5    = 2 points

Total 10 points

You can see the score table in your application guide at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf on page 10.
