I sponsored my wife. My question is which side she needs to fill up. I am confuse here. She fills up as Principal Applicant or Spouse? Which one? Dep1, dep2 is NA for her since no children.

So,  your wife is the PRINCIPAL APPLICANT
There is no spouse.  NA
